Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as promotions or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–8 business days

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: 14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Mood Lite is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Lost Packages

Mood Lite is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Mood Lite is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
